Who handles your global shipping? All global transportation is managed through our specialized partnership with Vanguard Logistics.
How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Booking Number or Container ID that can be used on our live Tracking Portal via Vanguard Logistics.
Do you ship to West Africa? Yes, we have a specialized logistics corridor serving the Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire) and various global regions.
Technical & Compliance
Is the equipment compatible with local power standards? Yes, we perform a technical audit on all electronics to ensure compatibility with international standards, such as the 220V/50Hz requirements in West Africa.
Do products come with documentation? Yes, we provide full technical manuals and Certificates of Origin for all equipment shipments.
Rewards Program
Are there restrictions on the free shipment? The waiver applies to standard freight rates; it does not cover the cost of the equipment itself or local government duties.
How does the “6th Shipment Free” program work? After a client successfully completes five paid shipments, the logistics and handling fees for the sixth shipment are waived.
